We got a call in the middle of the night from the downtown movie theatre in Readings. The client was particularly pleased he encountered us seeing that we happened to be the 3rd firm he had contacted, the other two had refused to help out. He went out for a movie and dinner with his wife seeing that it was their twenty fifth anniversary. However it was when they left the theatre that he discovered that he had dropped the keys. He stated, "We raced back into the building and looked everywhere we were seated; yet there were no keys in sight. I later got the idea to check in our car and I found them, in the ignition, yet unfortunately the door had self locked." Our man was on scene quickly and after several minutes had the work completed and the vehicle opened. The now delighted husband and wife were quickly on their way.

"I usually verify that I have my door keys in my purse long before coming out of the house, but I took a call from my unwell grand mother and raced out the door. And guess what happened? I forgot the keys" a customer yelled on the telephone, naturally overwhelmed things not actually going so well. "This is what we are experts in" we reassured her and despatched a locksmith to the house immediately and got the door unlocked and the house keys into her hands.

Going on a visit abroad is usually enjoyable, however if you drop your house keys far away from you in another land it makes it a headache, as a recent customer found out last month. He phoned us from Readings and explained, "I'm standing at our front doorway and I have lost the keys someplace in a different country.
